Becky Wondracek is living proof that God has a sense of humor.

Over the years, she has somehow become a worship leader, songwriter, speaker, teacher, entrepreneur, auditor, spreadsheet assassin, ministry builder, and professional snack-fetcher for tiny humans who call her “Nana.” Depending on the day, she may be leading worship, teaching biblical truth with unapologetic boldness, untangling a financial mess nobody else can figure out, writing songs in her car, praying someone through heartbreak, or managing complete chaos with coffee and the grace of God.

With decades of experience in finance, auditing, leadership, and business operations, Becky developed an uncanny ability to walk into complicated situations and immediately find what’s missing, what’s broken, and what needs restoration. Thankfully, God decided to use those same skills in ministry too.

She carries a deep love for people and a fierce passion for authenticity. Becky believes healing begins when people stop pretending, start surrendering, and realize God still moves in messy places. Her teaching style is equal parts biblical truth, hard-earned wisdom, encouragement, laughter, and “did she really just say that?” moments.

As a worship leader and songwriter, Becky’s heart has always been to create space for people to encounter God in a real and personal way — not polished perfection, but honest worship. Her ministry flows from a life that has seen both wilderness seasons and undeniable redemption.

Alongside her husband Paul, Becky is helping build Bridge Builders Ministries, a ministry devoted to helping people reconnect to hope, healing, purpose, and the presence of God. Together they are pursuing the vision of creating not just a ministry, but a refuge — a place where broken people can breathe again, worship freely, and discover that God still rebuilds lives.

At her core, Becky is a bridge builder: part worship leader, part truth-teller, part encourager, part business mind, part ministry mom, and approximately 83% caffeine and faith.
